What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode or town, the details of the job, and how you'd like to be contacted.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, and carry out and invoice any work you book with us. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work we've done are kept for as long as we need them for tax, warranty and legal reasons.

Who else sees it

The website is hosted by Squarespace, which stores form submissions for us. The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

Squarespace sets cookies that are needed for the site to work and to measure visits. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing lumosltd27@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
